Gadiel Stern

Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile

I have worked for 12 years with children, giving psychological treatment to children helping them with their problems at school and home, I experience daily how important school climate is for their lives, and school personal and academic results.

I have worked in different realities in Chile and conclude that there is a need everywhere to help schools to better their
climate in order to achieve a positive interaction in classrooms between all the classmates and teachers too.
